What You Need to Complete Your Onboarding
Zoom Call: Join the onboarding call from a computer
No iPads, tablets, or phones!
Make sure you can share screens in Zoom
Join Zoom with audio and video if required
Logo and Brand Kit: to complete your setup we will need your full color logo, favicon, and brand colors
Keep Logo under 1000 px with a transparent background
Favicon should be 100 x 100px or less
Remove all excess space around the logo for best results
Domain Name: Make sure you have login details to your domain provider.
Merchant Account: Have login ready for Stripe, Authorize.net, NMI, or Square to take payments.
Business Email: Make sure you have login details to your Outlook, or Google Workspace email.
Social Media: Make sure you have login details to your Facebook/Instagram pages.
Google My Business: Make sure you have login details to your Google My Business profile.
